Missing Person: Francheska Sugel Martinez, Female, Native Place: New JerseyPaterson, Date of Birth: 06/10/1987, Francheska Martinez of 17th Avenue was seen at 17th Avenue and East 22nd Street by her twin sister, Mishela Martinez. Mishela saw her from the kitchen window of their house.Francheska told her sister she was going to the store.Francheska's stepfather arrived at the store a few minutes later and the store owner told him that Francheska had never arrived.At 1:30 p.m., Francheska phoned her house, saying she was at the Great Falls with friends.
